Blankets

I take images and patterns to create these blankets. I may put an image into a pattern making program or search for a grid pattern (crossstitch, beading, pixel art, perler beading, etc).

Using these patterns I make one of three types of blanket.

The fist type is a single crochet stitch blanket. It uses only one type of stitch and focuses on colorwork. These blankets can have complicated colorwork patterns.

The second type is corner to corner (C2C) blanket. These tend to be huge blankets but relitivly simple (when compared to type 1). They are very difficult to color change so it poses interesting challanges.

The last, third, type is granny square construction. This is where I crochet a bunch of squares/rectangles/sections that are then crochet together.
